Day 16 – January 16th, 2020


One of the things that has become more prevalent is the idea of mindfulness – being fully aware and ‘in the moment’ – living life and appreciating what is around you.

It is an interesting way of focusing on what is rather than what is coming because the future is not a given.  All we really have is right here and right now.
